 4.  SOJOURN 2013 CHARDONNAY DURELL VINEYARD, SONOMA COAST RETAIL $48

This famed vineyard offers low yields, and its small bunches provide robust flavors, complexity and texture. This wine is made from 100% Old Wente clone vines that provide very low yields of small clusters with prominent hen and chick berries. Each lot was harvested separately at night and whole cluster pressed to extract only the highest quality juice. This wine is lively and exotic. It is truly a Chardonnay lover’s Chardonnay.

6.  GARY  FARRELL 2012 CHARDONNARY  RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY  SONOMA RETAIL $20  4.0 of 5 Rating. Tropical fruit with peach, apple, pears and lime. Nice acidity.

7. Peter Michael Winery 2013  Sauvignon Blanc l'Apres Midi. Price upon purchase and current value $60.00

Rated 93 by Robert Parker, best enjoyed 2015 – 2019.  A Sauvignon  Blanc Dry  White Table wine from USA, Sonoma, North Coast, California, USA.  Tasting Notes from Robert Parker: A [2,544 case] blend of 92% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Semillion.  Malolactic fermentation is totally blocked and the result is a wine with copious aromas of passion fruit, honeysuckle, lime blossom, and a hint of white peach.  Crisp, zesty, and intensely flavorful with an unexpected hint of ginger in the bouquet.

8.  1997 DUCKHORN MERLOT - NAPA VALLEY  RETAIL $55

90 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar.  Deep ruby-red. Black raspberry, red- and blackcurrants and dark chocolate on the nose, plus hints of mint and green tobacco. Juicy, fruit-driven flavors of dark berries and cocoa powder, complicated by a whiff of meat. Offers classic '97 texture and sweetness. Ripe acids carry the fruit. Finishes with firm but smooth tannins and a note of Cuban tobacco. A youthful, fresh merlot with considerable appeal.  (5/2000)

90 points Wine Enthusiast:  Their “regular” Merlot. Packed with earth, plum and oak aromas, but fairly closed. In the mouth, there’s fantastic density and concentration; a chewy wine that delivers plum and mocha flavors. The finish goes on forever. Should improve with a few years of age.  (3/2000)

Wine Spectator:  Shows a strong cedary oak and earthy flavor at this stage, but also enough polished currant, anise and spice notes that firm up on the finish. (3/2000)

9.  COLHETTA SELECCIONADA 2013 CABRIZ    RETAIL . $10

A selection of vilified red grapes.  Aged 6 months in French oak barrels to enhance its full potential.  Intense and distinct color, complex aroma and smooth palate.

11.  TBD –

12.  MANTICO BARBARESCO by BERSANO 2012 RETAIL $20

“Menthol, dark berry, violet and cake spice aromas lead the way on this striking wine. It’s still young and nervous, with tight tannins, but it also shows black cherry, white pepper, clove and mocha. Firm, velvety tannins and bright acidity provide the backbone. Drink 2018–2027.” *93 points Wine Enthusiast; October 1, 2015

13.  BARON HERZOG 2013 CHARDONNAY CLARKSBURG - RETAIL $16
